How credits actually work

  • Subscription credits reset every billing period. Five credits land at the start of each period; whatever you don't use is gone when the next period starts. They do not roll over. We'd rather say that plainly here than have it surprise you on an invoice.
  • One-time credits never expire. Buy one, use it whenever you like: next week or next year.
  • Spending order is automatic. A course always spends a subscription credit first (since it's the one with an expiry), then falls back to your one-time balance.

What exactly is a credit?

One credit generates one full course: 3 modules, 3 lessons each, 9 narrated videos and 3 explorable simulations. A credit is spent the moment you name a topic, not when generation finishes.

Which credits get spent first?

Subscription credits, always, because they're the ones that expire. Your one-time credits sit untouched until the subscription pool for the current period is empty.

What if I cancel my subscription?

You keep every course you've already generated. Any one-time credits you've bought keep working after cancellation, since those never expire; unused subscription credits from the current period do not carry over once the subscription ends.

What if a course fails to generate?

The credit is refunded automatically to the pool it was spent from. You are never left paying for a course you didn't get.
