Four diagrams on control, judgement and virtue
Four linked diagrams of the practical core of Stoicism: what is up to us, how a judgement turns an event into an emotion, the four virtues, and virtue as the only good. Each diagram works out what it shows from a stated rule, given in its caption, and your choices carry forward: how you sort a worry in the first appears in the second, the anger your judgement produces in the second bends the responses in the third, and your response in the third is weighed on your scale in the fourth.
The rules are teaching models of Stoic ideas, not measurements of minds. The numbers in them are chosen to make the ideas visible.
